I have been a resident for a year and with a 15 month lease I have decided to not renew. My decision is made only because I need more rooms for my growing family. I have always felt heard and respected as a resident. The staff is amazing! Hannah the is reserved but very kind and also very family oriented. Kara is meticulous and has the answers to everything! Both Samantha and Mya have been soooooo helpful and Mya goes out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Simon and Rowdy our maintenance team are so relaxed and knowledgeable and they never judged my kid messes when needing to complete maintenance requests. I would recommend the Mark to anyone who can afford the luxury pricing.

I’ve lived here Florio years now and there are regular issues that continue to happen that doesn’t make the price tag match the apartments. 1. Listed as a gated community but the gated have maybe worked a total of ten days in two years and that not consecutive. 2. Maintaince issues- I’ve had a mouse issue for over a month they marked it complete even after never visiting the apartment and had to handle on my own. I’m on the second floor so probably multiple units. Broken sink took over a month to fix. When I called after two weeks the leasing agent Raine told me I could do it myself. It took another two weeks. 3. Pool has been down both summers this year was for 45 days at the start of summer. Last year it would get green and they’d shut it down for safety issues. Towing at this complex is a joke. I have registered my car and it still gets towed anyway. The towing company is extremely rude. Apparently there is specified "visitor parking" that is not labeled or communicated anywhere. Do not lease here if you have friends that want to visit because their car will consistently be towed until you find the magical visitor parking. There's a review from 4 years ago stating this exact issue and it was never addressed. Why does a complex in the middle of no where with no commerical buildings around have a such a ridiculous towing policy?
