First Texas Homes - Hawkins Meadows

A great experience from beginning to end. We worked with Rusty and she was straightforward and honest with us at all times. We had a speed bump but it was worked out in a professional way and to our satisfaction. I only mention this to say that things happen and they worked it out. We have a great home! Well built and lovely. Any issues we had during the settling in phase were handled by first texas so fast and the process was so easy it was unbelievable. We will definitely be buying from frost Texas again and we recommend them to everybody looking for a home.

Things started out questionable, but since the beginning we have a clear understanding. Rusty has been a hoot to work with and Susanne is all smiles. I have been in this process for a while do to supply and demand issues, and a few labor issues. I am sure everyone who started where we did have been on the same roller-coaster. I will be so happy once we close but until then this is all I can give. I can't wait!!

Poor Customer Service. Unfriendly folks. I regret buying from them. I signed a contract with them to close about 6 months out... They called me one month later that they're ready to close and if I'm not ready within a month... During Christmas, they would just go ahead and cancel. We were so overwhelmed by their process. My wife who was 7 months pregnant almost had the baby before due date. Stressful folks. Unfriendly and not one tiny bit understanding. It's their way or the highway!

The way I was treated today in a contract signing was totally unacceptable. When you are working with a sales agent who is more concerned about her benefits than your own needs, it’s very ridiculous and concerning. The sales agent refused to make any changes to the contract I was signing and her excuse was that it could be done at a later date… She was so rude, extremely impatient, treated me like an inferior, rushed me through the whole process, had the nerve to do a racial profiling on me because she sees my color and thinks I don’t deserve what I can afford. Terrible experience!!!

Paul with First Texas Homes is the best! My husband and I have had such a positive experience thus far! We're so excited to live in our new home in 2020!
