Blacksand Legacy at Henderson Place

DO NOT MOVE IN!!. Management is horrible! We get new apartment mangers every 2-3 months which is hard cause you don't know who to speak to lol. No one is ever in the office. Maintantace takes up to 2 weeks just to fix your problem ( Mr. John is great! ) . This company hasone than one apartment complex and only uses one maintenanceman for all three locations!! IT TOOK ME A YEAR JUST TO RECIEVE THE CORRECT MAILBOX KEY. My neighbors always had problems before I even moved in! My first couple of months of staying there, my rent money was stolen by management, I have never saw any type of bugs until certain Tenants moved out and my apartment was rushed with roaches!! I once needed rental assistance help and the manager at the time made it so difficult for me to get them their own money and she

Since the new owners and management took over, this property has really significantly improved. It makes an incredible difference when you have Owners and managers who care about the tenants. You can see a huge difference. Highly recommend this location. Very caring managers and a sense of community that is strong.

Juan came and checked our kitchen light. He was very friendly and respectful. It was a simple fix that could’ve been done the first time other guy came to check it but wasn’t.

Great location in Midlothian. Right off hwy 67. Very quiet neighborhood. Love the full size washer and dryer in the unit.

I have been at Henderson Place Apartments for over a year. It is a very quiet and family friendly here. I will say my neighbors and other residents that live here are respectful. Deb the manager is awesome. Any questions or maintenance calls were taken care of fast. Her door is always open.
