⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 out of 10. We shopped ALL of the new home builders here in the Midlothian area & we had an absolute great experience purchasing with American Legend Homes. Gaige was an outstanding sales representative — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful / understanding throughout the entire process with all of the questions we had. The home itself is high quality and absolutely gorgeous! We picked a home that was already completed & the options that the home was built with are simply amazing & high quality! We noticed that the builder has a few different processes in place where they go over everything multiple times before you even move in! Gaige is simply put amazing, we decided to buy direct from builder and I had LOTS (and LOTS) of questions, he took the time to answer every single one, I still text him with random neighborhood questions and he still takes the time to respond and help me. We moved forward and with me every step of the way was Herb, he made sure everything was in perfect shape for move-in, going above and beyond in the 15 days from offer to close as we scrambled to cross Ts and dot Is. We had a great experience with Gaige.  We were interested in a spec home late in the build process, and Gaige went the extra miles to get us information & work changes for our preferences.  It was very late in the build process, and the house was just not the right fit for us. When we told him our decision, he handled it perfectly with a positive attitude and understanding.  Thank you Gaige for all your efforts and patience.

Had a great experience buying my first new build home with American Legend.
