Blacksand Legacy at Midlothian Meadows

I have lived here for almost a month now and so far, I love it. It is the perfect size for me and my family. The office staff Jennifer & Cynthia are top tier. Jennifer is the reason I moved over here. Both of them go out of their way to keep the residents happy. They respond quickly, and ensure work orders are completed timely. I love the dog park and it’s very quiet. I also enjoy the community activities they have for the residents. Definitely recommend!

I’ve lived here for 3 months and the lack of professionalism from management is unbelievable. I’ve made five separate attempts over three weeks to get the regional supervisor’s contact information to resolve a maintenance issue. I’ve emailed, called, and even stopped by the office. The assistant manager has promised me multiple times she would send it or have her manager call me, but she has not followed through once. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and even during posted office hours the doors are sometimes locked. Tenants deserve management that communicates and honors basic responsibilities. I've been living here for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment communities around. The building feels incredibly safe and secure—everything is well-lit, there are security measures in place, and I always feel at ease coming home, even late at night. The staff here are absolutely awesome! Super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any requests or concerns. You can really tell they care about the residents. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace of mind and a great living experience!

My family & I have been living at Blacksand legacy Midlothian apartments for 3 years now. We lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. My family & i were thinking about moving out of the property, but Jennifer has convinced us to stay lol. We did. Now we upgraded to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. We really enjoyed living here. We've been through alot of management's. The one we have now Jennifer, she is the BEST.... she knows what she's doing & she does her job very well & professional. We love her dearly. She's kind, understanding, funny, friendly ❤️ Jennifer does a great job!

A Refreshing Change for the Better! I’ve lived at this property for three years, and during that time, I’ve seen several management companies come and go. In the past, every change in management felt like just a name swap—nothing actually changed for the residents. But since Blacksand Legacy took over, the difference has been night and day.
