We hired Brian/BW Galbraith Appraisals, LLC to do an appraisal for a small church/office building we were purchasing. Brian was timely, responsive, proactive, and very affordable (compared to the many other companies I spoke with). His turnaround time to inspect and also get the report back to us was, by far, better than anyone else. Brian was also very flexible with us as we had to change appointment dates multiple times. We are a very small congregation with limited resources, and hiring someone to do these types of services can be very intimidating. However, Brian’s professionalism and understanding is top notch. The final product we received was excellent and our congregation truly was thrilled with the work. We definitely recommend using this company.
