I strongly recommend thinking twice before renting here. On November 24th, our unit suffered a major flood caused by an upstairs neighbor. When part of the ceiling collapsed, rat feces fell out with the debris, confirming that the building has serious pest issues. The whole incident has been extremely stressful. It’s now been a full week, and we have heard nothing from management about repairs, safety, or next steps. We’ve heard plenty from insurance companies, but not a single update from the apartment office. Today my wife went in to speak with the manager, Laura, after the holiday week, and instead of any concern or professionalism, she was snapped at and left in tears. DO NOT RENT HERE. Notice how all of the 5 star reviews are from people who DO NOT LIVE HERE. Nobody cares that you took a tour and they were nice. What about the roaches, rats, attitude from office workers and inability to resolve maintenance requests? Reviews from people who don’t live here are disingenuous and likely being incentivized by the office to make themselves look good. The new management is awful, they talk to their residents poorly and they refuse to resolve any issues. The old property manager spoke to residents like they were human beings meanwhile Lauren or whatever her name is talks to them like they’re an inconvenience. I am very satisfied with the management team at our beautiful property. They had a dog day event recently held in the office and politely welcomed my Dog Roscoe and I inside for pictures, treats, and tons of love! It was very nice of them to show me pictures of their pups and share a very warming moment. The office is full of smiling faces always, and how can you say no to free Starbucks. The property is beautiful and has some really nice pools, a gym where I love to work out in, and a beautiful dog park. Ashley, Maddy, Jasmine, and Michelle are so sweet, kind, and very patient. They always brighten my day when I stop by. I would highly recommend The Logan to be your new community to live. I am highly satisfied where I live. 😊😊😊

I wish i could give zero stars they not very Professional especially tiffany they never sent me my final bill they let it go to collecter supposedly tiffany told me she email me but she never did. i been checking my emails and the apps I never received nothing!!! Im not only one you can see others reviews familiar smh missing up people history and credit!!!

Moved in these apartments and a rat was in my apartment not even a month later! Management did nothing about it. My kids were terrified to sleep there to the point where i started paying for hotels/air bnbs. Since management did nothing, i surrendered the apartment and now I have a balance on my credit and it is hard for me to rent elsewhere! There’s no way a rat should be in a brand new apartment!!!! I didn’t even get a chance to furnish it! Would not recommend.
