Amherst Apartments

My experience living here has been great! Originally I was at a unit that was loud with kids playing in the parking lot everyday, I had to request to move to a new unit that was in a quiet area of the apartment complex. This new unit has been great. It's quiet and I am able to work well as I work remotely from home. I've had an amazing experience with maintenance, they have resolved all the issues within the day of requesting my ticket. I recommend this apartment complex, its clean, neighbors are nice, and the area is very safe. There is a mix of all ages (elderly, small families with small children and middle age).

I have lived at Amherst Apartments in Bedford for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. Alyssa is amazing. If there is ever an issue, it is addressed IMMEDIATELY. I recently moved to my 4th unit in this community. Not long after moving in, I submitted 12 service requests; some for move-in maintenance and some for resident support. All tickets were handled quickly and professionally by Arturo Ortega. I really appreciate all he did to make my new apartment home. A huge thank you to Arturo and Alyssa. 🥰

Alissa was amazing, she helped me throughout the leasing process and made everything incredibly stress free in what is normally a very stressful time. She was very quick with response to any questions I might have had and was incredibly nice throughout. I'm excited to move into a place where I know there is someone like her in the front office.

Update: Alyssa reached out and was very helpful in closing the loop with the maintenance team to coordinate the installation of our new dishwasher. While I appreciate how promptly the issue was resolved once she got involved, I can’t in good conscience leave a 5-star review, as it took posting a negative review for the problem to finally be addressed. That said, I do acknowledge and appreciate the effort to make things right afterward! We used to love living here but ever since management changed it’s been a completely different story. They got rid of the old maintenance crew that went above and beyond. The new maintenance team is the complete opposite. Our dishwasher has been broken for 3 months and they only came once to confirm what we already knew: it’s broken and we need a new one. T
