Great Apartment Community Near DFW Airport!!!!! I’m impressed with the community. The location is excellent, especially for anyone who works near DFW Airport. It’s very close and makes commuting incredibly convenient. The property is well maintained, clean, and quiet. The grounds are nicely kept, parking is convenient, they have a nice Gym and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. From what I’ve seen, management does a great job maintaining the community, they are professional, welcoming, and genuinely care about the residents. They’re easy to communicate with, responsive, and do a great job keeping everything running smoothly, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. This is also a great apartment complex for American Airlines employees and flight attendants.

So far so good. The location is great and calm with a lot of nice amenities. Azaria in the leasing office is always a pleasure to see

I'm very disappointed in my unit. It's not up to par compared to the model I was show. The shower curtain rod is rusted and very disgusting. The carpet is full of pet hair. And looks like it wasn't shampooed before I moved in. When I walk around in my socks, the bottom of my socks are covered with pet hair! The oven door is full of pet hair. The painters did a very lousy job. I can't open the windows. Because the screens have holes in them. And will let bugs in. The patio sliding door hardly opens. They put plastic tacky doors up to the laundry room. Instead of the wooden doors. There's no towel rack in the bathroom as shown in the model! Part of the baseboard trim is missing on almost every wall. This is not ok! And I won't be renewing my lease!

Floor plans are great. The details are great, appliances are maintained, floors and paint are definitely done right. I did not lease however due to my needs. I need a garage for my vehicle and stuff, plus a washer and dryer. However they do have the connections if you own them. The leasing agent was thorough and patient with your needs trying to find solutions for budget and size. If i ever downsize i will look into this place for sure.

Azaria is the most pleasant person I've had help me find and move into an apartment. The unit was clean and ready on time. She was also very willing to work with me and answered to all my needs even at the very last minute. I couldn't be more thankful for all her help. I love these apartments.
