Kensington Station

I'm a new resident and my first impression was very positive so positive that I didn't need to look anywhere else everything they told me was correct no broken promises it felt like my future home. The whole staff was very helpful it made the whole process very smooth, thank you Julia without your help the process would have been much difficult, a real pro!! And the maintenance fixed any problems that I may have had tiny as they was but they went over and above to make me comfortable . What are you waiting on I need new neighbors!!

Honestly at first living there wasn’t that bad but after moving out it went down hill. It’s been over 30 days and they still haven’t sent the refund back and all I’m getting it that they’re waiting on the manager to respond about where my check is. Ruined the whole experience about the apt. *Update* After more time my husband managed to talk to a manager, so much for contacting me back . The update is that the don’t know when it was sent out just sometime last week but not the date, don’t know how long it’s going to take and don’t know when I’m getting the deposit refund back. Over all this is our personal experience moving out and you can find a more detailed review on their Facebook page. If you were to ask me if I recommend this place my answer would be no.

***Updated Review**Jan 2026: Changing my review after living here for almost 6 months now. Although my initial experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I was compensated for given an unprepared unit. Only My carpet was in terrible condition which they fully replaced in matters of hours of complaining although very inconvenient as they were changing carpet while my movers were unloading my stuff. But at-least they changed the whole carpet and also compensated me for the inconvenience. I think the management here is extremely helpful if you really ask them. They do not have a big team which i believe caused my initial problems of things being unaddressed. Other than the first month of craziness i had to deal with, my stay here has been quite nice . Im new to kensington station and I just have to say, my entire moving experience could not have been any smoother! The entire office staff is wonderful. The property is clean and quiet. My apartment is cute and with new carpet. I had a few maintenance request as this is normal when you first move in and the man came right away. Neighbors are friendly as well! If you're in the bedford area, come and check Kensington statation out!
