Forest Park Apartments

This community has been great. I’ve been at the apartment for two years. The move in process was amazing. Management does show that they care and will be there for you if they can. Maintenance is excellent. They keep the community looking clean and they fix your issue timely. Love them. Process of moving out was very good. Due to job relocation, I put in my notice and cleaned my apartment to the best of my ability. They do provide a checklist. I received my final security deposit within 30 days. Erica- you have been kind and professional towards me and my daughter. We will miss you and the community. Thank you for everything. ♥️

We recently moved here in February, and we couldn't be happier with our choice, it is very conveniently located to everything! While we encountered a few minor issues upon moving in, the maintenance team and Erica were incredibly attentive and addressed all our requests promptly. The entire move-in process was seamless and stress-free, making our transition smooth. We truly appreciate the responsive support and care from the staff. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment! 🙏🏻

We had the best time staying at Forest Park! The team here - including Ignacio, Erica, Tammy and Juvenal- is the best management team I have experienced. They are so prompt and thorough with the maintenance. The property is well managed. Clean, peaceful, safe! Highly, highly recommend!

If Erica Cook is the property manager please run or just be careful because she is very unprofessional and money hungry. When we move in she never stated we had to pay the prorated and first month rent all together and she waited to we signed the lease to tell us and she had an attitude when discussing the situation. After our lease was up we told her we would be moving and we uploaded our 60 day notice on the app but they were having difficulties with it and she said she never got it and charged us more money to move out even though we told her 3 months ahead of time. This community has loyal tenants but ever since she been managing it a lot of people are leaving. The maintenance team is great but Erica Cook isn’t. She acts jittery and she will lure you in just to treat and talk to you ba

Wow. Im really glad I read these reviews before deciding to tour and move here. Not sure why they have a 4.5 rating. I've toured three complexes in the area and none come close to my current apartment. I was wanting to move closer to work and like the bedford area. But after seeing these old, tiny apartments for around 1300 a month, I am not considering moving over here at all. Im so tired of apartment complexes stealing my money thru all the hidden fees without remodeling their entire apartment complex. The so called "upgrade" is nothing but fresh paint, maybe new lighting, maybe new formica counter top, and vinyl flooring instead of carpet. The appliances are still the same.
