If you’re looking for a quiet, pet-friendly property with attentive and professional staff, you’ve found the right place! Upon walking into the office and seeing a beautiful colorful picture of a happy dog, I felt warm and welcome. Having 2 dogs, a lot of properties seemed to dislike the idea of pets. The Creek on Park Place has a nice dog park and great property for dog walking. Bags are conveniently located throughout the property and makes pick up easy and effortless. I love the esthetic of the landscaping throughout the property and I’m looking forward to taking a dip in that relaxing pool and throw some steaks on the provided grills! My husband and I moved in a couple of months ago, and so far, we love it here. We specifically chose an older apartment block to avoid the kind of neighbor noise that comes with the thin walls in 'luxury' buildings, and it was definitely the right choice. It is a quiet, nicely kept complex, with pleasant neighbors. It's pet-friendly, clean, and maintenance is dealt with quickly. Jessica and Charlie have been fantastic, and are always pleasant and helpful. I leased the apartment unseen, and Jessica was incredibly helpful with getting the paperwork sorted out remotely. It was a quick, stress-free process. If you ever need to pop into the office with a question, or just to say hi, you'll be greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome. This complex is quiet, clean, pet friendly, and with lots of shade from beautiful trees. Amenities are great; including w/d connections and storage areas.

I have been living here for 2 years now and although I am moving, I have no complaints with this property! The floor plan I signed for was exactly what I was looking for and the reason for moving to this property and have loved it’s location, space and privacy! The management team have always been friendly and welcoming as well as the maintenance team and their hard work keeping the property looking beautifully green and clean! From start to finish, Jessica, the property manager, along with Charlie, provided exceptional support. Their professionalism and efficiency made everything incredibly smooth. The maintenance team is also outstanding—always courteous and consistently attentive to the property’s needs.
