I have lived here for 3 years. I have never had any issues. Maintenance is quick to fix my problems and your neighbors are like family. Lindsey and Shelly are always there to help. Thank you so much for always coming to my rescue. Lindsey truly has came to my rescue. She knows what I mean. I love it here.

I have lived here for over 2 years with no issues. Lindsay has been so helpful to answer all my questions. She is the coolest manager. Maintenance is on point. Anytime my mom or I come in the office; Shellie and Lindsay are always willing to help. The neighborhood is quiet and we are on the Hospital power grid, so we never lose power. Awesome place.

I've been living at the Arbors for 5 years now with no complaints. The community team (Lindsey) has always made me feel like a valued resident. She has always been quick to answer the phone or call me back. I recently had an issue at my apartment and Lindsey quickly jumped into getting everything resolved. I am grateful!

If you’re thinking about living here, run away as fast as you possibly can. Management: If the entire management team was replaced, it MIGHT be good. If you want to get in contact with them, you pretty much just have to camp out in front of the office and wait for somebody to show up. They’re almost never in the office and will not answer phone calls, nor will they call you back. When you bring up the phone calls, they act as if they don’t know anything about it. If on the off chance you do actually get through to them and have a conversation, they will not remember your conversation. Ask for EVERYTHING in writing or else they’ll screw you over. I scheduled and completed a self-guided tour for what was listed as a vacant unit. However, when I unlocked the door, I discovered that the unit was already occupied by a mother and her children. It was an alarming and uncomfortable situation for both of us. This experience raises serious safety and management concerns. I would feel extremely uneasy living in a community where access codes are being provided for units that are already leased and occupied.
