The Loft & The Twelve Apartments

I am a current tenant and all I have to say is this place is okay. I have lived her for 6 years. The neighbors are nice and help another out. However, the manager Sabrina doesn't do a good job. She lets the dumpster get out of control. When her husband was alive he would start fights with some of the neighbors. He would drive very reckless too. She allows people to park overnight right by the garages. Most of the time its her own friends or family doing it. She is not nice and doesn't care to help people out. She takes up the future tenant parking spot like her own.

I literally have so many memories, in the past it was a fun, safe, family area-- "village". If you don't have good neighbors it will definitely come with a price. Management in the past were very understanding of maintaining grounds and complying with Clovis PD Regulations. Fresno and Clovis PD are two very different realms. The police and Clark are all within walk even a small park but without surveillance car theft, mail and possessions can be taken at your own risk.

Don't rent from this place..very unfair. Lived there a year and half paid double deposit (2500) Carpet was replaced when we moved in because of 2 huge dogs previously. We moved a year and half later but my 5lb Chihuahua destroyed the carpet they are claiming. We also had a doggie door for him. We are still fighting but I think they are trying to make up for the money from the previous tenant.

The apartment are a little dated and there are some issues with the fences, however the staff is amazing and helpful. Sabrina was more than happy to help or answer any questions. If there was anything I needed repaired, I was contacted within the day and even had any issue resolved the same day. Other than that, the only thing that's annoying is parking during events.

Not a bad area but the apartments are quite dated
