The Lennox Apartments

I’ve been here for a couple of months and I’m grateful for the girls in the office and the maintenance crew that are always willing to help and make this place feel like home. Great neighbors and great places around to eat food.! 👍🏻

What a Kelloggs Grrreat experience I had here, Ms. Kate was very informative and hella kind. The apt she showed was machine gun Kelly clean.! I also got to meet the manager and the maintenance crew, all whom made me feel like I already live here. There’s toons of room to throw away trash, they weren’t cluttered. The ac units look brand new too. Definitely recommend getting in touch with Kate or Sasha for all the details. I’ll definitely plan on moving here.

Having resided in this apartment complex for over 20 years, I can attest to the fact that, like any other place, it has had its fair share of ups and downs. One aspect worth mentioning is the AC system, which operates on a shared chill water setup rather than individual units for each apartment. It's important to note that due to its centralized nature, the cooling might not reach icy cold levels, but it does provide a comfortable cooling experience. In terms of pest control, the management has been proactive in addressing the issue by collaborating with pest control services. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness in your own space can contribute to keeping bugs away. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and dedicated to performing their duties to the best of their abilities.

I have been a resident for over a decade now and for the most part I have been happy here. I think that like all apartment complexes you have to maintain your space and communicate with management frequently. Maria the manager has always worked with me and I appreciate her. This year I have seen a lot of work to improve things and I look forward to more coming soon.

No stars earned at all!!!! There is absolutely nothing good about this place!!!!! I lived here for 2.5 years, and when the "lennox" people took over in 2023, it became a dumpster fire!!!!! The cockroach infestation is out of control, and it took months to get any type of pretend assistance, and the ac is broken at least once a week, if not more!!!!!! I complained to the city, I have a case with the attorney general, and the better business bureau on them as they illegally evicted me for complaining to the city!!!!! Nobody should ever have to live like this!!!!! Charged incredible prices to live in filth!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!
