The Hillmont

This location is absolutely beautiful! If you’re in the area or thinking about moving nearby, definitely check it out. The staff is friendly, the maintenance team is top-notch, and the community has a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Really bad experience to live here. The staff here failed to post the incurred charges to my account. Despite multiple communications on my end pointing out that these charges did not appear in my balance, the issue was never resolved. Only at the end of the lease did they realize that the charges were unpaid and then attempted to hold the tenant fully responsible for all outstanding amounts. This reflects extremely poor management. It feels like the management team does not properly handle their responsibilities, yet expects tenants to bear the consequences of their internal disorganization.

I've been staying at Hillmont for a year now, and I have to say it's an absolutely stunning community. Brad, Mike, and Don's maintenance staff and management office are very responsive and take care of all tenant needs. All the amenities, along with the items in the apartment itself, are top-notch, like the quartz, custom closets, and all fittings and fixtures. I just signed up for two more years. The pool in the summer is small but heated, and the grills and TVs are fantastic. Feels like I am living in a resort at times.

We are enjoying our time at the Hillmont very much. My fiance and I moved in with our baby a little over a year ago and have been very pleased with the complex. Our unit is very spacious and we love all the high end finishes that they included. The community itself is great, with many friendly neighbors. We were very excited as the community is kid friendly with many young families. Hillmont management is prompt to handle any issues that arise and are very accommodating and friendly. They stay on top the maintenance of the units which is great. Additionally, as a resident you are able to use their beautiful clubhouse for events. We just had our son's 1st birthday party there and it was fantastic. Overall, we are very happy to have found the Hillmont community and are comfortable here.
