Unfortunately, my experience living here has been disappointing. The walls are extremely thin — I can hear my neighbor snoring every single night, which is just unacceptable. I've also had issues with rats inside the walls, making things even worse. The overall construction quality is poor, with no soundproofing and cheap materials throughout. Maintenance crew is polite but not always responsive, and the community management lacks proactiveness. The common areas are not well maintained — there’s trash often lying around, uncollected toys in the park, and the grass is rarely in good shape. Parking for guests is basically impossible to find in the community and another headache when trying to host friends and family. This is the worst property and manager company I have ever dealt with. As you can see, there a few reviews about the community, specifically around the build quality and children that run at large with lack of respect for others living here. The management company is non existing on the property and couldn't care less. The leasing agent, Mary Jeffries, will advise you during the leasing process but will give terrible advice and tries to make it only easier for herself and not the bigger picture. I have been trying to add my partner to the existing lease now for 1.5 months, due Mary's poor advice when moving in last year. She advised me not to add him and when I approached her about this issue her response was "I gave you a choice and you took it". That is correct, but it was poor advice. L

Mike is great at fixing issues, absolutely no delays. ---- It seems management is looking into complaints and things are getting better. ———— Now that few new families have moved in, we experience bullying, some racist comments by kids, and parents not watching their kids or not even giving attention to complaints. I had to reschedule a tour and since then it's been impossible to reach someone to get it scheduled again during the office hours listed. I've called multiple times at different times/days and emailed and haven't heard back. They're really making it hard to consider this place while I'm exploring complexes!

Been a resident since June 2022. No problems at all in first year. 2nd year problems started in rain, rain water coming inside the apartment from ceiling. But the maintenance is great. Always responsive and fix the issue very fast in a very professional manner. 3 bedrooms are very spacious and so far very good experience.
