Builder was friendly, responsive and easy to work with, BUT, in the end I got a cheaply built home. I upgraded to the most expensive floor and it's obviously the leftovers that the big flooring companies sells cheap at discount places, lots of holes in it and weird discolorations. My bath tub sags when I add water to it so the grout between tub and tile is all cracked. That was tixed after they opene dup my ceiling in the living room and the wall in 2 bedrooms and found it wasnt put installed correctly. Builder came and did the work and now 8 months later, builder is finished and the grout is openjng up again due to the tub dropping when I add water. I have been living in a Country Classics home for 18 years now. The builder has a great reputation and deservingly so. The community is very desirable and resale value is high and in demand. Never had any issues with my home even after renovating everything when the bare bones gets revealed and will gladly buy another home for this builder if they ever build a 55 and over community in Central NJ.

My experiences with Country Classics have been wonderful. The staff have been lovely and continue to be. We love our home and recommend this builder to all our friends and family.
