Complex going downhill. No parking. Trash everywhere. Fist fights in stairwells. Car broken into in 'gated' parking lot that's open or broken more often than not. Off leash pit bulls. Come join us! You, too, can pay an extra $30 per month on top of your rent to feel like you live in a landfill. Another edit to add character spring 2025: Management chose to schedule tree trimming in the middle of the migratory bird breeding season. They hired a company with no regard for any of the laws protecting these birds and their nests. Dead birds, broken eggs, and destroyed nests abound, just adding to the garbage dump of a complex.

My wife and I have lived here over a year. We rent a one-bedroom place. The management is always ready to help, and they do a good job of keeping things in good order. The complex is fairly new so things are all in nice shape, and the neighbors are pleasant and quiet. It is pet friendly and a number of people have dogs. The pool complex is well-attended in the warm weather months. There are families with children and people are friendly. It has a good location, being only a few minutes drive from I-35 and a shopping area with an HEB grocery store. We like it.

ROACHES. It started off by just seeing one in the kitchen every few weeks or once a month. After seeing the first we reported immediately. Pest control sprayed. Nothing really changed. When we kept seeing roaches we reported again. Now we have been here for over 6 months and an infestation is occurring. They have even spread from the kitchen to other areas of the unit. I have now been seeing several a day. The unit looks nice but unfortunately due to roaches it does not feel as comfortable as it would be.

It's very hard to get a parking spot here. Omg always, now I'm seeing broken down cars & that is a red flag that the complex is going down hill & the trash on the curbs do a disgraceful job on the complex, why don't you do like other complexes do and provide trash cans to all residents and have them sit it out at their door for pickup, even some of the cheapest complexes are doing it. It's a while lot better than that mess at the curb, it's horrible. I was considering moving here until I saw all the trash everywhere, I don't care how many times a week & how early they should pick it up, it's hideous so I can not move here. I have a friend that lives here & nope, not me. Sorry
