I would be careful with these people, especially when moving out of an apartment there. Insist on being present when they assess the condition of the unit; we cleaned our unit from top to bottom and we have never had pets - we should have received every penny of the deposit back. However they claimed to have found pet urine and withheld the deposit. My feeling is that the place was spotless so they invented the pet urine story in order to keep the deposit. A tenant who moved out about the same time reported problems with mold; I was curious so I looked into their parent company and found that mold has been a problem at some of their other properties resulting in at least one lawsuit.
They say luxury, but they are far from it. We moved in and the apartment was disgusting. We didn’t have a working dishwasher. They said they replaced the carpet I asked for An invoice and it said repair and replaced, which means they only Replaced part of it, but they tried to convince me that it was fully replaced. Not only that but they have every type of mold in the apartment that shows up on a mold test kit, so I can’t imagine what an EMR would look like. They tried to say that the moisture inside of our window was because I had a pillow up against it. Well, I only had the pillow up against it to keep it from molding my new bed that I had just bought, and there is mold between the window pans, because at one point they had to take off The balconies because they were improperly installe
I booked a tour to visit the complex last week, for today, and on my way to the appointment, I forgot my wallet and was 2 minutes away from the office. After speaking to a man over the phone (wish I remembered his name) and explaining that this was the only day I could view the property, he assured that it would be okay to arrive at 5:40 if I went to go grab my ID. Upon my second arrival, after retrieving my wallet, I saw a staff member sitting in the office. After waiting in the locked entrance room, clearly being avoided by the staff member, I decided to help myself in after a firefighter needed to be helped inside. My fiancé and I loved this apartment complex. We both would have liked to stay longer but we had to move out of the state. We lived in one of the townhouse style apartments for the last almost 2 years and have very few complaints, and whenever we did have an issue, the staff in the office was very quick about addressing them. Our neighbors were very respectful and quiet. The only time I could tell that we were actually living in an apartment complex was when someone would run or walk heavily in the hallway since our kitchen was right below it. My favorite things about the heights was it’s location - having summit grill nearby was nice and there were a lot of local coffee shops nearby - and the fitness center because it’s open 24/7 and has a nice variety of machines and free weights. The issue with my faulty toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently. I still don't have a screen on the sliding window in my living room which I requested about two weeks ago. I assume it's a matter of urgency level or lack of extra screens. I'm very satisfied with the more important toilet maintenance though. Thanks
