Gladstone Studios Apartments

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I booked to see these apartments over a week ago, I had 2 properties the Bluffs and Gladstones studios which are apart of the Grit Property Group. I confirmed both places. No one showed up. There’s no office we saw driving around for Gladstone Studios, the location they told us to meet at, there was a person living in the unit. Terrible. The office hours at the Bluffs said until 6pm.. office was closed when we arrived at 5:30pm, our tour was 5:45pm, we waited around, no one came.. waited so long my baby fell asleep. There’s no number to talk to a person just a AI Person who sends you to a number that takes you straight to voicemail. I wish I could show you the ridiculousness of back and forth text with the AI person. If they cant show up to show and maybe

They had at multiple people meet for apartment at same time. No nobody shows up. No talk. Just AI bullshit. Even if u prove your worth. They dont care about their tenants. Just want your money.

Loved it here! I lived here when Kendallwood own them. I love it. Very peaceful! I didn’t have any bug issue or anything. Other than my neighbors always arguing but other than that. I loved it here. They are large for a studio. Maintenance was on top of everything !

having a hard time trying to tour the apartments and I couldn't get ahold of the property when I showed up at the scheduled time.
