Introduction to Property Management team 101: No "leasing office" sign, no "future residents" sign for parking, pool looks hideous next to office, "yes, we're open" sign actually lies because it's locked and pressing "ring" bell 2x did absolutely zero good. If I could leave 0 stars I would, I booked to see these apartments over a week ago, I had 2 properties the Bluffs and Gladstones studios which are apart of the Grit Property Group. I confirmed both places. No one showed up. There’s no office we saw driving around for Gladstone Studios, the location they told us to meet at, there was a person living in the unit. Terrible. The office hours at the Bluffs said until 6pm.. office was closed when we arrived at 5:30pm, our tour was 5:45pm, we waited around, no one came.. waited so long my baby fell asleep. There’s no number to talk to a person just a AI Person who sends you to a number that takes you straight to voicemail. I wish I could show you the ridiculousness of back and forth text with the AI person. If they cant show up to show and maybe

We have lived here for a few years now and have absolutely loved our time here! If it weren’t due to our family needing more space, we would be staying 110% without a doubt! Tamara has been amazing to us and has always quickly responded to any concerns or questions we have had. She deeply cares about all of the tenants here which is rare to find at any apartment complex. I have even referred one of my siblings to move here as well! The maintenance team is very responsive and takes care of any emergency call that we have placed within a timely manor. We live in their 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit which is very spacious and the rent is very reasonable compared to others within the northland. We have loved our time here and are saddened to be leaving this complex! If only they had 3 bedrooms! I wou

My fiancé and I have lived here for approximately 3 years (if I’m doing my math right) maintenance has always been fast to reply to any issues that we have had and Tamara is a fantastic apartment manager. She has always been very informative and helpful any time we have had an issue arise and is quick to fix it. We live in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and would stay if it wasn’t for our family growing and needing something bigger. We are honestly deeply sad to leave and wish they had 3 bedrooms so we didn’t have to! We will for sure miss this place and would recommend to anyone looking for a good maintenance team and good apartment manager who truly cares about their tenants.

The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the apartment itself is spacious with modern finishes. The management team has been incredibly responsive and always willing to help, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintenance is efficient and keeps everything running smoothly.
