If you are looking for an apartment that is clean and very nice inside and out, I would recommend Kendallwood Apartments! The staff is very friendly and helpful to find you the right one that fits your needs and wants. We have been here for 4 months and have been impressed every day we are here. They have very modern apartments, that feel like a home for you and your family.

We’ve really enjoyed living at Rock Creek at Kendallwood Apartments. The units provide a clean, blank slate that makes it easy to make the space feel like your own. The kitchens are updated and functional, and the open living areas give everything a nice, airy feel. Any time we’ve had a question or needed to place a maintenance request (just typical things that come up in any apartment), the staff has always tried to be prompt and helpful. The office staff is also wonderful. Kelsey is consistently helpful, approachable, and thoughtful. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for. All I can say is WOW! Kendallwood Apartments have been a godsend! All new appliances, carpet and wood floors. Everything was spotless when we moved in! The only thing that had to be fixed was our screen door to our deck and they fixed it within an hour of putting in a maintenance request! My fiancé and I are extremely grateful. Definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

I recently moved to Kendallwood Apts, and I am happy with the experience. Kelsey, the Assistant Manager, helped me, and she was friendly, polite, and gracious from the application process to move-in. There were a couple of snags after moving in, but they were quickly addressed by the friendly and professional maintenance crew. Kelsey even checked in on me to make sure things were taken care of, which I appreciated. The properties are kept clean, and there are gentle community reminders for tenants to ensure a peaceful living environment for everyone. Things I especially like are complex exterior doors with codes to prevent strangers from entering and hiding, as well as laundry rooms that are well-secured. The staff was always friendly and courteous and answered all my questions in a timely manner. On move in day I only had one issue, my mailbox key didn't work. I reported it to the staff (Kelsey) and she had it repaired by maintenance in just a couple of hours. I was very pleased and satisfied by the quick result. My overall experience has exceeded my expectations and extremely satisfied with my apartment. Thank you Kelsey for making my experience wonderful and the rest of the staff as well!
