I dodged a bullet not moving in. They will not honor the move in promo they advertise. The property manager is unprofessional and refuses to work together on honoring the promo. It's unfortunate because if it was a different manager, I would've moved forward and got moved in this week. Their loss. Hopefully corporate sees this and reconsider whom they have in management. I also make 1-2k a week so yall fumbled

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Karam was extremely helpful and professional throughout our visit. Even though we didn’t have a scheduled appointment, he went out of his way to show us the apartment and answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming. Truly appreciate the extra effort—highly recommend working with him!

Don’t use the valet trash. They threw away our plants without asking. Extremely mad. Those were from my grandmother who passed away last year. I can’t replace those😭

I've called The Groves home for just about 6 years. In the time I've been here they changed management which made this place so much better to live. Maintenance requests are immediately attended to and the place is kept clean and tidy at all times. Management is quick to respond to any needs that may arise. Thanks you Groves team for making this place a great place to call home.

For the most part, living here was not bad. There were a couple issues with parking as well as the noise level from the thin walls and the people living around my apartment. Also, don't expect to get your full deposit back once you move out. When I received my deposit back, I thought it was because there was damages done to the apartment, even though my roommate and I took great care of the apartment. Never in the lease did it say that the full deposit you're supposed to receive when you move out would be used to pay off utilities for the last month you live in your apartment. I read through the lease and communicated with the leasing office, and was never really given a clear answer. So if you want your full deposit back when you move out, do not expect it from here.
