The Foundry Apartments

I gave a high mark because of a few things. One, I saw a representative (front desk) in a go cart one day. I asked her a question and she was friendly and all smiles. She answered my question, assured that things were the same. Just a name change only. I really appreciated that 😌 Second, maintenance is good or excellent about repairing or fixing anything you request that's broken, tore worn out in your apartment home. They are nice, friendly and do not rush to repair, fix or replace. This is not the first or second time I've seen these men/women work hard to make sure your home is liveable, is that a word?:)Anyways, I wish maintenance all the best! The apartment complex they are working harder to make things nice and a place you can call home.Thanks for making changes for the better 😉 Oka

maintenance is amazing!! they are very polite and prompt and the office staff is great at communicating with residents and taking the time to contact us to inform us of any situation where someone might have to enter inside..i appreciate all of them here!! if there are any work order requests for anything, they resolve it instantly!! and the pool, me and my little one go all the time!! it stays clean and it’s pretty big in my opinion

VERY GOOD COMPLEX!!! Everything about this apartment complex is excellent. The front desk, maintenance, everybody here does a superb job to go above and beyond to help when needed. We have been here for one year and planning to stay because of how they treat us! Anything we need/ask they do it instantly. I can sit here all day and recommend this complex. Excellent!!!

I had a great experience of moving into Century Stone Hill South, the staff (Jalisha & Nydia) was very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions that was asked. The Complex is very clean and has a great appeal to each building (North or South). I would recommend anyone to move here, they have many types of floor plans.

It's been just about two weeks since I walked into the Century Stone Hill leasing office while looking at options for a new apartment. From the get go, Jamie was incredibly helpful, informative and understanding of every concern that can pop up while searching for a new home. Jamie was happy to offer a tour of both South and North locations on the spot, and was impressive at pointing out all details big and small that one would want on a pro and con list for the locations. The lease application, review and signing process was surprisingly simple, in great part because of how supportive the leasing speacialists were at every step.
