The Forest at Fenwick

Property has changed ownership 3 times in the last 4 years. Office hours are inconsistent and Manager doesn't answer phone calls. Maintainance issues are not addressed in a timely manner. Garbage dumpsters and pet waste stations are overflowing and the stench of garbage is pervasive. The apartment is acceptable in terms of space and amenities but just hope nothing breaks because that is how it will remain.

I visited my daughter who has lived there since Nov 2022. And this place is BEAUTIFUL, high end looking. Granite countertops & plush carpet in the bedrooms. Huge Island, beautiful wood floors in the living room & bathrooms. 2 bedroom with their own private bathroom. Paint looked fresh & central heat & air. Clean parking lot! Nothing tacky about this 💎 Gem.

I live here now and I can’t believe how bad this apartment complex is. I’ve been here for 7 months and have never had a working microwave/vent, garbage disposal, and only have two working heating elements on the stove. They have taken our washer and dryers away because we are supposed to be getting an upgrade but nothing in 4 days. When I call the office the response is “ I don't have any answers”! Now I have to go to the laundry mat to clean my clothes. Spend the little extra money and go to any other apartment complex on the island. Trust me.

The Forest at Fenwick is a great place to live, the area is always so clean and tidy thanks to Madison. She is the best property manager I have ever met, she is very sweet and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Will is also a great maintenance man, he takes care of anything that is asked of and you never have to wait long when a request is put in. Living here is truly amazing.

We have lived at Fenwick through the pandemic and through two property managers and are so thankful for Southwood taking over during truly trying times for all of us. We are food and beverage and paycheck to paycheck and Madison and Will have been nothing short of amazing from day one! Fenwick is an awesome place to live, quiet, quaint, just over the bridge to the city - it was tough for a bit but management is doing ALL they can to make this place AWESOME again! Thanks Madison & Will for all you done so far!!! Can’t wait to see future Fenwick!!! Keep up the good work!
