Stono Oaks

I absolutely love living here!! Catherine in the front office is so great and made my move in process so easy. I toured about 5 places on JI before committing to Stono Oaks but because of how great they were it was an easy choice. I was able to sign everything online since I lived out of state at the time. I also have never had a maintenance crew so attentive they truly go above and beyond to keep things clean and running smoothly. I have only had to call maintenance once luckily but they fixed the problem immediately and were super accommodating with my work schedule. They also always have dog treats on hand which is a plus! The location is also great.

I can honestly say that this is the nicest housing complex that I have ever stayed with wonderful amenities and professional management. To speak more to experience that I have had most recently with Ashlynn and Lenny, they were able to help me beyond the call of duty with accommodating me. Catherine and Mike are also wonderful to work with and help out all the time. The neighbors are awesome too, and the social events that are planned are super cool as well. Hi hey doing very well. These apartments are awesome. Very clean and well organized complex. Front office staff and maintenance staff are all legends and get stuff done fast. Best apartment complex I’ve lived in in Charleston.

My husband and I lived in a third floor corner unit apartment. It was by far the most beautiful place we’ve ever lived. The amenities are 10/10, maintenance is 10/10, and management is a 10/10. We have had horrible experiences in the past with other apartment complexes. Stono oaks has been the complete opposite. It was our home and a place we were proud to call ours. Every maintenance issue was delt with in a timely manner. They were quick and efficient. Management answered all my questions, and really helped my husband and I with anything we needed. We loved going to the pool, and being able to walk to the grocery store. I highly recommend renting here.
