Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. 542 Bufflehead Drive was immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable visit. We felt extremely well taken care of by Akers Ellis and would absolutely plan to rent this home in the future. This was our first visit to Kiawah—we typically stay at Sea Island when we’re in the area—and we loved the easy access to the beach as well as coming home to the heated pool in the afternoons. It made the experience especially enjoyable. We truly appreciate Akers Ellis going above and beyond with communication, customer service, and genuine thoughtfulness to make our stay so memorable.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Kiawah. Our accomodations were exactly what we were looking for. The rental was clean and the perfect size. We loved the screened in porch, the bike ride or walk to the beach was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the alligators, herons and turtles in the pond. We will definitely be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kiawah. We have been coming to this area for several years.This villa is very comfortable. We like to cook while on vacation and this villa was so well equipped… The bedrooms were all wonderful. Great linens and pillows!!! The management team at Akers Ellis was fantastic… we had a few simple questions and their team was easily reachable. The living room and deck face the 16th green on the Cougar Point Golf Course. Lots of walking paths. The credit for beach equipment or bikes was a definite plus. Easy access to several golf courses and Fresh Fields center is very close. We hope to return… as do,our friends who were with us. It was a lovely experience from start to finish.

The rental we stayed in for 4 nights was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. We relaxed on the porch quite a bit! We biked daily on the well-maintained paths all over the island. Akers Ellis was in touch and available if needed during our stay. I would highly recommend!

Akers-Ellis is consistently our go-to for rental homes in Kiawah Island. We have a large family so hotel situations don’t work well for us. We rely on Akers to find us beautiful, well appointed homes in which to enjoy our vacation. The associates are accommodating and professional. Our rental at 194 Ballybunion did not disappoint. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and a perfect layout for our family of seven and our Friends. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the parents enjoyed the comfort of the screened in porch that overlooked the pool. The location was also perfection. We rode our bikes to the beach daily. If you’re thinking about scheduling a vacation, this house is the one to get! (Just not the week we come down because we already re-booked for next year!)
