Buffington Homes just completed a second major renovation of our Kiawah Island home. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail resulted in an amazing final product that feels like a completely new house. Our project was small in comparison to most of their work on the island, but they always made us feel like our home was equally important. We so enjoyed working with the Buffington team during our first renovation that we never even considered another builder for the second project. We live in the Atlanta area and could not be on site, but the weekly emails and photographs allowed us to follow every aspect of the renovation. The scheduling of the project was impressive and helped make sure expectations were met and accountable. Dan and Cathy and the rest of the team went above and beyond, doing things at times that were absolutely appreciated yet not even asked for. Dan Buffington renovated our home 3 years ago. He has always been responsive. Recently our garbage disposal stopped working and he personally came to the house to figure out what was wrong so he could refer me to the right person. He examed it and was able to fix it.
