Aventon Pearl

My girlfriend and I have been living here for just over a week, and we’ve absolutely loved our new apartment. We ran into a couple of minor appliance issues early on, but they were nothing to worry about thanks to the incredible maintenance team. Johan, in particular, went above and beyond with his diligence and care while fixing everything, and we can’t thank him enough. We couldn’t recommend these apartments more—huge thanks to the staff and maintenance crew for making this such a great experience so far.

Aventon Pearl is a beautiful place to live. The apartments are very modern and the complex has an awesome pool, gym and clubhouse. I moved in about two weeks ago and there was only one issue in the bathroom that needed attention. After making the appropriate notification to the leasing office, Amie ensured members of the maintenance team (Daniel and Yohan) were notified and they responded promptly to my apartment where they ensured the issue was corrected to my satisfaction. All of the leasing and maintenance personnel have been very professional and easy to work with. My wife and I are looking forward to living in this awesome community!

It’s my first time living in an apartment complex and Aventon’s staff is awesome. Shannon, Amie, and Alicia are super quick to respond and always willing to help—no matter how small the question is, they make you feel taken care of. Daniel and Johan on the maintenance team are just as great; they’re super polite, show up quickly, fix things right the first time, and even clean up after themselves so you barely notice they were there (except everything works again!). Overall, the whole team makes living here feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Aventon!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The property is always clean and well taken care of, and the maintenance team deserves a special shout-out. Both Daniels are great — always quick, professional, and so kind. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve taken care of it right away. Truly grateful for a community that feels safe, welcoming, and well-managed. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

Absolutely love living here! Very nice staff and maintenance team. Daniel and Johan were very helpful when I needed my AC filter changed. I would say it's challenging to commute to other parts of the city, but aside from that, it's an amazing place to live.
