Beautiful homes in great location! Clean, charming and everyone takes care of their property! Friendliest community we have ever lived in and tons of community events like farmers market, food trucks, holiday celebrations, etc.

Great little planned development. Delivered a new coast spa hot tub out here and during installation was able to ascertain the Houses are well designed and well built. Great little community and even the homeowners were happy with their house build.

I went to see a lot with one of their realtors. She gave me the price of the lot and the houses. When I went back a week later, she said the prices had gone up since I had been in and the price she gave me isn’t good any longer. It was $20k higher! So I put a deposit on a lot that I picked. They had me pick the house we wanted, the colors etc and said we would sign a complete buyers agreement in March. The very next week they call and say they have decided not to sell those lots right now. This was the worst transaction I have ever had trying to buy a house. They could care less about the customer and the promises they make to their customers. They wasted a ton of my time and they had absolutely no remorse for it. The community and neighbors are great. IMO Best riverfront community in Charleston area. 8 miles from downtown. Fronts Deep water Stonoview river. Stono Riverfront community dock w 15 +/- boat slips. Crabbing dock, covered pier head w future waterfront park, pool, clubhouse, boat storage, and tennis being built. A boaters/sportsman’s paradise! priced shockingly well too.

I'm highly upset and disappointed that I've wasted over 1 1/2 months emailing weekly and waiting for a particular house model to be released. Lennar has a horrible release program for new homes. For you to get the list of the (2) houses that where released that week you have to email Gabe every week on Tuesday or Wednesday and ask. What houses were released this week? So I emailed every week for 1 ½ months asked if the model that I was wanting has been released. I always got the same answer “not this week” and I’m emailed the (2) houses that were. So this week I ask and told no again and emailed the (2) houses that were released only to find out the model was released this week and never sent to me to be able to bid to purchase.
