The Everstead at Madison

As a new tenant of less than one month, experiencing a major water issue with the kitchen plumbing was understandably stressful—especially with wall damage involved and having a family with young children temporarily displaced. However, I want to highlight how well the situation was handled by the Maintenance team at The Everstead at Madison. The maintenance supervisor, Tristan, was instrumental throughout the entire process. He provided consistent updates on the progress, clearly communicated next steps, and genuinely advocated for our family to be placed in hotel accommodations while repairs were underway. I toured Everstead with Thai the manager and had a really good experience. She was super nice, professional, and was able to squeeze me in last minute before her next appointment which I truly appreciated. She seemed to be the alone and still handled everything with ease. Although I was a little scattered and probably a pain she stayed nice and never broke a sweat. Overall it was a great tour and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her this summer!

Really great gated community, close to many shops, grocery, and restaurants. Onsite gym, playground and dog park at nice. Lovely coworking spaces are a plus too. Maintenance crew is lovely and always ready to assist residents. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, the best part honestly.

This place is extremely unprofessional. My family and I live out of state and we're going to relocate to Alabama and applied for a place here. My wife went to look at the exact place we were suppose to be leasing and it was not up to par at all and she had an extremely uncomfortable experience while visiting the state. We decided not to move to Alabama after all. I have been trying to get ahold of the company for almost 2 weeks so we can cancel the lease that we signed since we haven't moved in yet, no deposits or anything have been paid and we won't be moving to the state. No one calls back or returns emails. We just want to talk to someone about canceling the lease since we won't be moving.

New maintenance people are great! They are quick to respond and generally quick and efficient with their work. Lived here for almost a year and this is the best they have been. Shout out to Tristian appreciate all you hard work!
