The Enclave At Kings Orchard

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! (Formerly highland court apartments) I've been here for almost 2 years. Option one homes took over shortly before i started my second lease and everything went downhill. My air conditioning has been written up 8 times since they took over and they still can't get it fixed to the dismay of my fat self and electric bill. My neighbor decided an eviction was better than dealing with similar ac issues and a 300+ dollar electric bill every month. The grass is cut maybe once a month, the flowerbeds are all overgrown, the dog park has huge branches fallen in it for over a month, they just don't care. I see a few other reviews from other tenants about how good it is and I wonder if they're dealing with the same people.
