The Enclave Apartments

I genuinely don’t even have the words to describe how thankful I am for Emilia at The Enclave. From our very first meeting, she went above and beyond — not just with professionalism, but with true kindness and heart. We were under a lot of stress trying to find the right home and Emilia showed us so much patience, compassion, and understanding through the entire process. She made everything feel easier and treated us with genuine care and respect. You can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. I’m so grateful for her warmth and professionalism — if you’re looking for a place in Columbus, ask for Emilia. She’s absolutely the best! 💛

Very old apartments, at the time of the lease they are not even cleaning the house properly. Spider webs everywhere and a odar smell in the house. Very old and rusted AC and air vent blowers and amenities.

Terrible experience, they lost leasing documents and payment setup documents and when I went to turn off lease they told me that you are not on the lease. When I asked if I am not on lease then why I am getting charged every month and then they told any one can setup Payment so I asked if I am getting charger by you then there is process and documents work that need to be complete so I asked for that documents and guess what they don’t have that documents. Even interesting, lease was going to end in August so they told me you have to provide money order for September and they literally charge my bank account for September and then when I went there to ask, they did some insane argument like it was system fault not their . Management is not very professional. After reaching the place for a scheduled tour, I was told that the leasing office was closed and that Emilia (Lady who was supposed to tour me) was on leave.

Very beautiful, well maintained apartment complex. Friendly staff always willing to help. Nice area.
