At first glance they look so nice but after moving in my whole view changed, the pool was always dirty, they charge you to DNA test your dog because if any poop is seen they test it and fine the owner yet there was poop everywhere and all that was done was an email saying to pick up after your dog, the gym is supposed to be open at 5am but would be locked until noon some days, the door says the office is supposed to be open until 6 but a few days my husband and I were in the gym around 4:30 and they were already locking up to leave and annoyed that we were in there even though the gym was supposed to open until 10pm they would ask us to lock the door when we leave. Our tub was cracked, when they finally sent someone to fix it the office told us since our tub couldn't be used for a few days

Edit: I am changing my ratings to 2 stars. A new property management company took over and let go of all previous staff. A new neighbor moved in above us and the walls are so thin we can hear everything down to the lyrics of their music. We have complained multiple times but issue was not resolved. People with dogs don’t really pick up after them consistently so be prepared to see and smell poop throughout community. The 1 parking spot they assigned was far from our apartment so there was always a walk. I was pregnant and asked to get a closer assigned spot and they said they couldn’t because bottom floor aprtments had further spots. One of the managers moved in near us (also bottom floor) and got a spot within 5 steps of their door. And icing on the cake, they charged $700 for cleaning

Extremely Rude Staff and Unjust Towing Practices I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this property. They are rude, unprofessional, and clearly more interested in making money than helping tenants. I own a leased van under my name and parked it in open parking. Without any notice or communication, they towed my vehicle, causing unnecessary stress and expenses.

Pros: The resort type community was very appealing to the eye and made me feel secure. Beautiful interior, great washer and dryer in unit, friendly management and maintenance, no water pressure or water heater issues AT ALL, very convenient location around many stores, good grounds work upkeep and convenient phone app to open gates/amenities. Cons: Expensive rent and utilities. The walls truly are quite thin. The reviews are NOT exaggerating. Just pray for respectful neighbors. You will get fined if you leave basically anything out in the patio (broom, a small box, bike, decoration that doesn’t fall under the 2 months they allow it for the holidays, etc, etc), The homeless were making their rounds a bit more often at night towards the end of my stay. A couple of items of mine were stolen

Really bad management. Lack of communication. They will not try to contact you when it comes to towing your vehicle seems like they get their commission from towing company or maybe it’s their side business. I had my vehicle parked in open parking spot for few days (4 days) couldn’t move because of flat tire and busy working weekday schedule but instead of contacting me they get it towed and ruined me weekend or my only days off from work or caused so much stress
