The Emerson Apartments

Well, the images speak for themselves, since Friday starts the pool become unusable, a group of people have been in charge of damaging the facilities by holding constant parties every weekend, leaving food, liquor and waste all over the pool area, if you are someone who has children and likes to use the facilities then think twice, where this group of people for several months have put music at very high volume, drink a lot of liquor and stay up very late in the pool, without letting the neighbors rest but that does not seem to matter much to the management, I hope they can fix that if not. How unfortunate that before it was a place to enjoy but currently it is no longer like that

I love this community. The staff offers excellent service. You can appreciate the cleanliness and tranquility of the environment. I 100% recommend this place to live.

The Emerson Apartments is a great place to live. My mom has lived there for 4 years and has never had any problems. When a maintenance ticket was placed, the response time was quick. Quiet and safe place to live and the location perfect. With quick access to the highway, you are able to get to Round Rock or Hutto in no time. The staff at the Emerson are welcoming and professional. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Ruvan tow truck parks a commercial vehicle here at all times and a busy public street. Please CALL A TOW TRUCK to tow the tow truck AND STOP ALLOWING THE STREET TO BE USED AS BUSTED CAR STORAGE!!!!!!!!!!! They allow a resident to use street parking on New Meister as personal storage of beater cars that need work. Vehicles sit FOR MONTHS without being moved. A large tow truck and a busted grey 4 door have not moved since April. Who knows what else they allow tenents to do and go unchecked. This will result in accidents with vehicle and human impact. The tenent should not exploit public roadways and parking. Emerson should be held liable for damages to vehicles and people due to their negligence in allowing this activity to get worse and worse. I enjoyed my time at The Emerson. The location is perfect - short drive from anything you may need and the immediate area is relatively quiet with little drive through traffic. The property itself is gated and I never had any safety concerns. This complex felt more like a townhouse community than a big apartment complex, which is always a win. No major complaints during my time living there, the front office team and maintenance team were always helpful and quick to address any concerns.
