Stay Away from This Community! I would give zero stars if I could. This building is plagued with problems, and the management team shows no concern for the well-being of its residents. We’ve dealt with multiple issues, including a leaking hot water tank that flooded our kitchen and soaked the ceiling, a mice infestation, and a broken A/C. The Hamilton team has been completely unresponsive and indifferent to the poor living conditions. During the urgent repair of the ceiling, they brought in three loud air blowers that blew hot air into our apartment and insisted we keep them running — on the hottest day in Boston. This is one of the worst complexes I’ve ever lived in and I’ve only been here a day. The way they handed over the apartment to us was unacceptable. When we came to our move at our time we didn’t even have a sink in the bathroom there were people repairing it. There were people still repainting and the fumes were terrible. The shower was a mess (see pic below this is after I spent an hour trying to clean it) and they said they’d be back to fix it ( they haven’t). The washer machine doesn’t even clear the door we can’t open it, nor does it work. There are several lights out. They didn’t give us a key to the mail box and our front door keys don’t work so I had to stand outside for 45 minutes waiting to see if someone could come down from another unit. They have not responded to our requests
