How are we the first to review this excellent agency and agent?! My wife and I were very naive, first time home buyers that entered the market unexpectedly early after falling in love with a house we toured on a raining Saturday. We had no agent, but by Monday morning, Kevin had helped us put in our first offer on a house. We lost out on that one (no fault of Kevin, who was spot on with his market analysis), but continued our search and we won the bidding on the next one. What we appreciated about working with Kevin is that he was fair minded, transparent, and conducted himself with obvious integrity. He provided spot on advice on how to structure winning offers without overpaying. Kevin always responded in a timely fashion and was a steady hand in what could have been a stressful process.

I listed and sold my tenant occupied 3 family in Boston this past summer during a pandemic. Despite the barriers Kevin and his team faced during the process due to said pandemic, they were professional and sold the property in a short amount of time for just under the asking price. Overall I was extremely pleased with Kevin and would highly recommend him to others considering him to be their agent.

He worked collaboratively with our legal team and the lender, and guided us as we went through every phase of the home buying process.
