Only lived here for 1 week, but the entire experience with management has been great so far. Good management was very important for us in our decision to move here. This has got to be one of very few places around Boston where I feel like the building actually lives up to the name Luxury. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, good sound insulation, thoughtful and practical layout, large windows of quality, pre-installed blackout roller shades in bedrooms and nice see-through fabric ones in living room. Overall this feels more like a premium building, and not yet another place with cheap vinyl floors and grey paint slapped on everywhere while calling it «luxury».
