We had a great experience working with Adam on an apartment rental in Brighton. We had only rented once before in Boston, so he explained a lot about how the market works, and I would recommend him to anyone new to the area. We had a lot of requirements that we knew would be difficult to meet, so we spent about a month watching the listings and talking to a half dozen different agents. In comparison to other agents, Adam was much more focused on showing us only what we really wanted than on showing us every listing he had that might be close. We ended up in an apartment where we are happy to stay until we're ready to buy.
