The Commons at Windsor Gardens

I had a self tour in building 26 apt 206 on 12/12/25. I don't write reviews very often but omg, when I say these apartments should be $500 per month, I'm being generous. Before I checked in for my tour I took the time to drive around the community. I saw a resident walking 2 small dogs that were pooping in the leaves along one of the paths. Not sure if she cleaned up after them. The grounds aren't in horrible condition but the parking lots could definitely use repair. When I entered building 26, the smell of food and I dont know what else was quite overwhelming but nonetheless my curiosity got the best of me. I had a small issue and the leasing office took care of it right away. They were super kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The sweet apology note and chocolates they left at my door honestly made my day — such a thoughtful and caring gesture. I really appreciate how valued they made me feel. Thank you so much!

I truly enjoy coming into the office and being greeted by Michelle. She is a respectful, understanding, and compassionate person who is always willing to help and listen. She has a genuine people-first approach that makes every interaction feel welcoming and positive. It is impossible to get an employee to answer you. After 2 voicemails, 2 emails and 2 texts messages still no response. Yet each message they send says “ to please reach out they are here to assist anyway possible “ hahaha, sure they are, to assist in ignoring you! Can’t even become a tenant because of their incompetence and incredibly poor management.
