It seems that you need to improve the way you work with people. We were almost ready to move in, and thankfully we checked the reviews in time — they are terrible. The apartments look nice at first glance, and we were fully prepared and ready to sign the contract until we read everything people have written here. On top of that, you have to pay for absolutely everything here, which I personally do not consider fair or beneficial for tenants. A big thank you to those who honestly leave reviews — you truly saved us.

After successfully signing the lease and completing the apartment transfer, I am now settled into my new apartment and extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I would like to give special recognition to Michelle Fernandes. She was a tireless advocate throughout the entire process — always professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping resolve every challenge that came up. She truly made a difference during what is normally a stressful time. Thank you for the support and excellent service.

Please dont be fooled by the way this place looks.. They charge way to much for rent plus charge for every single thing including water/sewage, parking, pets, liability, and amenities. Prices are always going up every few months the rent goes up frequently also. Everything breaks easily in the townhouse and there's been a mice infestation since I moved in here less than 2yrs ago. I am currently looking for a new place to live because this place is ridiculous and greedy. Please do not consider this as a place to call your homd

Nice amenities you have to pay for as a resident but no biggie. The walls are very thin and smells permeate the walls of your apartment. Super close to the commuter rail- literal steps away. This is the biggest drawing point.

Please don’t move here if you have a choice. This place used to be ok but it’s so dangerous now and the staff is terrible. They brand these as luxury apartments but they’re not. The place is full of section 8 housing. The Norwood PD calls this place “Ghetto Gardens” and they have to patrol the place at night. My car was broken into and they tried to steal it. Called the cops and they said I was the 4th call they had about it THAT DAY (5/12/25) I called the leasing office and they refused to send out an email to let residents know to be extra careful. I was told that break ins happen everywhere and it’s not something that specifically happens here, as if that’s the point. The cop said there were 3 B and Es of the condos the week before. Someone was shot a few months back, cars have been set
