I’ve been a unit owner for about seven years, and I have to say this property management company has been great to work with. They’re always responsive, keep us updated on any maintenance or landscaping work, and the staff is professional and easy to talk to. The trustees and I are really happy with the service they provide, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable management team.

I am so impressed with Paradigm Partners! They are our property manager at our Bicknell condos and are incredibly responsive, effective, and helpful! Adam Williams, our contact, goes above and beyond to help - for example, he helped us find a specialized HVAC service when we had to replace our system 2 years ago! And he coordinated a complicated power resolution in 1 day working with National Grid, the town of Weymouth and the high voltage electricians. Paradigm Partners is head and shoulders above other condo property managers we have dealt with!!

When Paradigm Partners took over our condo management the property had been neglected, our finances were a mess and owners were unhappy. They helped us prioritize needed repairs and gain control over our finances. Adam and his group are professional, responsive and easy to work with.
