They truly care about offering their residents support in their activities of daily living, but at the same time, ensure that they can maintain their independence. Susan Bailiss in downtown Boston is a great example of an HK community where seniors are able to thrive and feel supported 24/7. Highly recommend.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with the Hallkeen Assisted Living Communities. The clients that I've helped relocate into their buildings have been pleased with the accommodation, amenities & staff. I've equally enjoyed the ease of working with their staff. A big plus in these buildings is also their affordability. Hope to move in more clients soon.

Having worked with Maria Barbosa-Santos, I could not recommend higher as to the professionalism and care that is taken with moving a loved one into the community. Anytime you have to make a decision to move from home, it is a daunting task and she seamlessly handled all the aspects.

I think the residential directors need to be better tuned into mental illness and how it may manifest with residents. In the past Brigham House felt warmer and more of a home, that vibe is missing.

I have had family members at HallKeen Assisted Living and the level of care has always been wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to other families looking for care of their loved ones.
