The entire staff both office and maintenance is absolutely amazing! I have lived here almost 5 years and have never had a single bad experience. Everyone is so kind, professional, and helpful. When I’ve contacted maintenance for whatever reason I have typically heard back from them the same day or the next morning. I have only waited for a non-emergency maintenance request for more than 24 hours one time in all these years. It was just for a bulb I couldn’t reach to change and I only waited a day and a half instead of the usual one day or less. Just for some perspective about that particular time it was a long holiday weekend where we had a big snowstorm and below zero weather and we all know that there was clearly more pressing issues than my lightbulb that weekend. I have lived here with my kids for over 10 years. We have always had a good experience. Maintenance is top notch and on top of any and all issues in a timely manner. Urgent issues they respond right away and I’ve even found with small issues my doorbell is ringing within a few hours. James is the best!

Really love the size/space you get in the apartments. Having private entry is great too. The property is very large with a lot of amenities and there’s always plenty of parking. Location is really convenient just minutes from the highway, route one and Legacy place. About 15-20 minutes from Patriots place. In the summer they do a lot of free community events that are super family friendly and the kids love it. This office staff have been very accommodating and helpful and really care that you have a good experience. Maintenance is quick to respond if I need anything and I have had a good experience overall living here.

IThis 1 star doesn’t apply to the following message. ONLY TO THE MGMT STAFF. PLEASE READ ON! First, I would like to acknowledge James and Nick of the maintenance staff at Norwest Woods. They are very professional and assist me with great care! I wish the mgmt team could be as caring, professional and easy to deal with. Amanda at mgmt office is also professional but gets blocked by other staff from doing her job the way I know she would. The rest of the staff in the office can’t be trusted. I’ve currently mostly deal w/ James and Nick so this doesn’t mean I’m complaining about the rest of the maintenance team.ALL OTHER MGMT CURRENT AND PAST OFFICE STAFF EVEN CORPORATE OVER THE YEARS HAS DRAGGED TENANT MORAL DOWN!!! Huge employee turnovers as well!!!!

I had a great experience touring this property and am excited to move in. The grounds are clean, well-maintained, and the apartments are spacious. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. I’m confident this was the right choice and would recommend it to others.
