Norwood Gardens Apartments

Norwood Gardens is a great community! We love living here! The office staff ( Corey, Audrey, Sylvana, and Edie) is friendly, attentive, helpful, and handles everything quickly. The property is very well maintained. The maintenance staff ( Steve, Joe, and Andrew) are very efficient, attentive, and polite! We also love all of the amenities that Norwood Gardens has to offer! Norwood Gardens also goes above and beyond to show appreciation to all of their residents! Holiday parties, random resident appreciation events, and much more! Here at Norwood Gardens we are more like a family! I would highly recommend joining the NG community!

Norwood Gardens is truly, Home Sweet Home. I've been living in various apartment complexes where there are strict rules, unruly neighbors, constant issues, loud music and parties all hours of the day and night, with a front, managerial office that was non- responsive and uncaring. Good luck if you had a maintenance issue, it fell on deaf ears. Rent was high and included nothing except trash removal. Renewal rent was ridiculously high with no negotiation; told take it or move out. I moved into Norwood Gardens almost five years ago. It is like night and day compared with other apartments. You are allowed to make your apartment as your own with garden, floral balconies, tasteful, individualized patios and well maintained common grounds with picnic tables, BBQ pits, exercise stations thr

I'm so happy that we moved here. I find the office staff to be wonderful. Also I cannot say enough good things about the maintenance crew here at Norwood Gardens. They are always polite, attentive and efficient at their jobs.

I was very fortunate to find this place when I did. It's quiet and comfy. The staff at the office are very nice and helpful. The maintenance crew are very polite and do a great job. They immediately come to help when you need it.
