I love living in this community!! Very beautiful and quiet. Maintenance team always on time and they are very respectful. I have renewed my third lease. The office staff is very professional sometimes when I called if they are busy or on another line I always received the call back from them. Property manager Zarina is very sweet and professional. She is always ready to help and go extra miles to resolve any issue we ever had. We had several issues in our unit when we reported she listened everything and immediately steps in and solved on time. We appreciated her!! Highly recommend!!!!

As always since I’ve lived here the office staff has always been very helpful, friendly and professional the manager is awesome and I can’t say enough about the maintenance staff as soon as I report a problem they’re on it always very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the Columns@ Shadow Creek to anyone looking for a very nice, safe place to live at. Thank you

Absolutely in love with this property! It is well maintained, clean and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Bailee goes above and beyond to make sure we all feel heard. Also does a great job with hosting events, those are always fun! You can tell they take pride in what they do!

I had a great experience. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the leasing agent . They were professional, patient, and really took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole process so much easier. The property manager, Korey, has also been wonderful to work with. They are approachable, responsive, and clearly care about the residents and the community.

I tour with Bailee and she really knows her stuff. I give the property a favorable review but I give Bailee a 5 stars review, because she really sell me on the lovely features and amenities that are provided by living here. 10/10 would recommend!
