Working with Castle Rock at Massey Oaks has been great. Andrea was very helpful throughout the whole process. We are very appreciative for everything and I couldn't be happier with the home. We purchased our home in Castle Rock communities recently. Right from the time we went to see the house, which was under construction then, we have got an amazing level of support, help & right guidance from Andrea Chase and Charles from the Castle Rock sales team. Being our first home purchase there were quite a few things that we were not familiar with. However both Andrea and Charles were with us and Supported us in every step of the buying process , including clarifying all our questions in a very timely manner. This ensured that we went through the buying process without any stress. Andrea is very helpful in all aspects of the new build process. From designing, to the final walk. Highly recommend Castlerock communities for the expertise and build quality. After going to multiple new build communities from all different builders. It wasn’t just the luxury interior that set Massey Oaks apart from the rest. It was the build quality and little details that went into. Ex, leaving instructions/manuals neatly stapled to all things installed with any extra parts and contact numbers for manufacturers.

Andrea Chase is an experienced and awesome sales representative with CastleRock. She helped me expedite a contract on the property I put an offer on. She was so nice to me and my realtor, especially when we were negotiating the sales price of the property I was trying to buy. I recommend Andrea to anyone who wants to buy a house, and want a good deal.
