Larkspur at Shadow Creek is a great community with an outstanding staff. I have a longtime family friend and a colleague who both live on the property, and they consistently speak very highly of the management team and how responsive, professional, and supportive they are. It’s clear that residents are treated with care and respect. I would confidently recommend Larkspur at Shadow Creek to anyone looking for a well-run, resident-focused community.

I’ve lived here long enough to see the true colors of this apartment management team — they are completely heartless and lack compassion for their residents. When you find yourself in a difficult situation and need understanding or reasonable accommodation, don’t expect any help or empathy. They only care about policies and payments, not people. There’s no effort to work with tenants or to show basic decency during hard times. If you value kindness, fairness, and a sense of community, do not rent here. You’ll regret it the moment you need any support from management.

We love the property! We are considering moving to Texas and this property heightened our interest. Our guide was very through and welcoming. She answered all of our questions and introduced us to other residents. We own a home in Pennsylvania and have family, friends and community involvement that we would need to resolve before we could move. The enticements make it very difficult not to take advantage of. We are glad we visited the property and the advantages of living in an adult community outweigh any concerns we can think of.

It reminds me being at a vacation gateway on a island without the island. It is absolutely amazing to live in a community where the residents feel like family and they genuinely care and are supportive.
