The Delta Pearland

We have lived here for almost a year and the experience has been great! Management is phenomenal, maintenance is excellent, and neighbors are friendly. The only downside is there are a few irresponsible pet owners who do not clean up after their pets, but management has sent multiple reminders about their policies. Additionally, the hallways used to be cleaned with leaf blowers which really helped keep the area tidy but that hasn’t happened in some time.

From the moment I contacted The Delta Pearland it has been an amazing experience. I am all about customer service, Victoria followed through with my appointment with such interest and gave me the tour with such knowledge and patience ( I ask a lot of questions) She explained every single thing I needed to know with my move in. I did have other options in mind but I immediately knew The Delta Pearland was the one for me because of the great customer service AND how beautiful the property is. I wanted to revisit and check other amenities and Victoria took me and showed me once again without a hassle. I do have a pup, so after the tour she gave me a doggy bag holder, just because. We’ve had the privilege of assisting residents with their moves at Delta at Pearland Apartments, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is organized, professional, and truly cares about their community, which makes coordinating moves smooth and stress-free. The property is well-designed with convenient access for moving trucks, and the grounds are clean and welcoming. From a mover’s perspective, Delta at Pearland Apartments is a wonderful place for residents to call home, and we’re proud to support their community by making moving day a positive experience. I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while, and one ongoing issue has made the living experience very frustrating: residents allowing their dogs to poop in other people’s yards and common areas without cleaning up after them. Despite multiple complaints being made to the office—by me and by others—the issue continues. Management has sent out letters and emails reminding pet owners of the rules, but nothing has changed. Every day, there’s new dog waste left around the property, including right in front of people’s doors and patios. It’s unsanitary, it smells, it attracts bugs, and it makes it uncomfortable to even walk around freely. Ask for Bianca she is amazing. I needed to move asap and she helped me with everything right away . She knows her stuff. The property is very nice and the price is even nicer . I would definitely recommend to anyone
